Mobile Massage Arrival By Therapist On Location
Please arrive for your appointment(s) 15 mins before scheduled starting time. Given a reason to be late, coincides with the timing you're eligible for payed 60 or 90 mins - The clock start ticking at you're based time paid for in you're original transaction - All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. The Later you are the less time you have on the massage tables or chairs posted onsite in home .
**NOTE**The total amount of the services scheduled will be charged in full for clients who "no-show" or fail to cancel their reservation within a 7 Days or One Week time period. Multiple services (of two or more), and packages require 7 Days or One Week cancellation notice. If you need to make a change to the reservation on the day of the service, such as moving the appointment time, a fee may be applied due to limited availability.
**NOTE**If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
**NOTE**We (STRICTLY RESERVE THE RIGHT) and do not offer refunds on payments or deposits made to reserve mobile, in home, party event, weddings, honeymoons, prevents, chair massage, spa services, or any type of services outside of the massage spa.
No refunds will be provided for deposits or monies paid or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations received more than 1 week prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a 25% refund. The owner(s) reserve the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds issued strictly by WaikikiMassage.com guidelines per order.

As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.
Any or All Sexual misconduct is forbidden in home or event therapies. All Clients Fully understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment, AM SORRY.
(prepayments and securing appointment times)
Any service beyond 1.5 hours will require a credit card to guarantee appointment. In some cases, and with certain special packages, a full prepayment will be required at the time the appointment is scheduled. In addition, on services 1.5 hours or more, a minimum gratuity of 20% will be added.
NOTE: We understand that in some cases full prepayment may not be possible due to timing and funds availability. Please feel free to discuss an acceptable prepayment option to hold your appointment, package or service. We are quite happy to arrange a reasonable prepayment.
